The sixth chakra also called the seat of the soul. The Ajna - To perceive, to command and most importantly to create a new reality.
When we think we know it all then our sixth chakra is closed down.
An overactive 6th chakra can lead to overwhelm, burnt out adrenals and headaches.
Certain foods that contain neurotoxins can stifle this energy center, so eating clean and detoxifying is helpful but not always a necessary process in working with your 6th chakra.
Doing a dream journal and paying attention to synchronicities can assist in this area.
