Heart Chakra Meditation
The heart chakra, oh man this one... Sanskrit name for the heart chakra is “Anahata“, which means “unstruck.”
But if we are truly living above the lower base chakras and feeling and being, we will have aches and pains.
"Unstruck" to me represents the idea that even with all the pains of the world we can align ourselves to unconditional love for ourselves and our world, even with all it's darkness.
But we have to give ourselves the opportunity to fully feel what we are feeling.
This can be a challenge for so many, so as such sometimes physical issues will show up in this area to allow the feelings to come.
Our shoulders and our arms and hands are an extension of our heart energy. How we use our arms and hands speaks to the energy of the heart. The breasts for women is also an extension of the heart energy. As our the lungs.
So please enjoy this 20 min meditation on healing the heart chakra for wellbeing.
