The Full Moon in October is in 27 degrees of Aries, ruled by the God of War Mars.
But what if who we are at war with is ourSelves?
I’ll be honest when I saw this Full Moon on the horizon, it made my palms sweat a bit…two malefics is conflicting squares and oppositions to the people(the moon). Not to mention Eris the Goddess of Discord being highlighted and in exact square to Pluto.
But:
What if the simplest way to create peace was to do the inner work to shed the old junk that was downloaded long ago?
What if it simply required us to go within, turning off the tv, burning the newspaper in a fire to reignite our own deep wisdom?
The polarity of every full moon is clear, the Sun opposes the Moon.
But this one has a special polarity to it. Aries is “I am” Libra is “ We are”
It asks: Will you be who you are, or will you cower to who you think “they” want you to be?
PS they is the illusion
The trick is We are is the same is I am, the only thing added is our own projections. This is where shadow work and sabotage healing come into play(hello Divine Alchemy).
The Sun in Libra is conjunct Mars adding to our conscious mind the need for action and justice for all beings.
The T-Square to Pluto in Capricorn adds an uncovering element to the full moon that is anything but comfortable.
The invisible leg tells us to focus on learning new ways to nourish and nurture ourselves and therefore others. Hence the Relational Upgrade which starts 10/18 join us!
I strive to keep my astrological muses free from my own beliefs and this is no different, however I was shadow banned for using the word “freedom” on my last post so I will say this..freedom isn’t free.
Never has been at least.
But it has to come from within.
